After completing my Bachelors in psychology I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with BSA, opening my eyes to both the horrors of violence against children, as well as the joy in helping children find their voice. Since 2017 I have facilitated hundreds of workshops in early childhood, primary and secondary school spaces with children, educators, and families. I specialise in child sexual abuse prevention, consent & respectful relationships, puberty & sexuality, LGBTQIA+ equity & inclusivity as well as positive body image education.
Along with my Bachelors, I hold a Master’s of Sexology and am a member of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS), Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Australian Society of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists (ASSERTNSW).
As a proud Karajarri women, who grew up on Larrakia lands in the Northern Territory, I am always passionately finding ways to support the safety and empowerment of First Nations children and families. Our ability to move away from seeing our community as full of deficits and understand the very real strengths we hold is a key focus in my work.
